"You are the way you are because that's the way you want to be. If you really wanted to to be any different, you would be in the process of changing now." - Fred Smith

Many times we make a commitment and let our own mind fool us into thinking the pain we encounter from the task of doing the necessary actions far outweighs the result of not doing what we need to do. This lack of action can cripple your success as a network marketer. Lack of actions creates frustration and causes those who don't have the guts to do what they need to do to make excuses and eventually quit.

If you truly want to become a success in the network marketing industry, you must first start by altering your thought process. I think Zig Ziglar says it best. Zig says, "Most people who fail in their dream, fail not from lack of ability but from lack of commitment. Commitment produces consistent, enthusiastic effort that inevitably produces greater and greater rewards." He then adds, "Motivation gives you the 'want to.' Training gives you the 'how to,' and the combination produces the neccesary creative ideas to be more effective in realizing your dream. Commitment, discipline, and responsibility keep you going even when the going gets tough."

Realize that building network marketing business, you WILL encounter challenges... it will be tough... and it also WILL be very rewarding personally, professionally, and financially. But you must first make a commitment and then follow-through. I know, you know, I know you can do this. It is up to you to make the choice to succeed. It is either success or failure! Decide success is the only choice, then take the neccessary action consistently to get the job done.

Be a leader... and be an example others can follow... you ARE climbing to the top... you can do this!

TIP - If you are not reaching your goals and/or benchmarks, get coaching. A coach can get you on the right track of your success as a network marketer here
