Most people fail in the network marketing industry. But don't let that fact discourage you because the failure rate is no different than in the traditional market place. In fact, in any business, 95% of people fail.
Look at your downline and I am sure you will find that 95% are failing as well. But it does not have to be that way for you and your team. As a Leaders Club subscriber, you have an advantage. You have the advantage of a steady flow of leads to you and your team. You have the advantage of learning solid strategies and techniques that are proven to work. You have the advantage to stay ahead of your competition and bridge the gap from where you are to where you want to be in a faster more efficient way.

Begin with your own personal action. Learn to master the basics and then begin to focus on your team. But do NOT stop with your own personal action. Rather use your personal action as the example. Do the things for your own business by taking the personal action you know others must take as well. Being the example by leading with action is one of the best ways to encourage duplication in your business.

Beyond your personal action, you must be a mentor to your team. Begin to take notice of your downline. Pay close attention to what people are doing to contribute to the organization. Are they sponsoring people? Are they earning company sponsored awards? Are they leading with action and being an example for their team.

It is important to recognize even the little achievements your team members reach. You can acknowledge the little things you are difficult for your downline team players. If someone does the proper action for the week, let them know you appreciate their effort.

Use the small successes your team achieves to boost their morale to continue to do the little things. these little achievements and the feeling of being of value to a team will nurture their inner drive to do better. Remember that they will do things for their own reasons and most people have a big reason to succeed - personal recognition. Recognize and value your downline and you will see your downline prosper and grow (and you will too).

NOTE: Success requires a sustainable motivation. A sustainable motivation is like the Energizer battery... "it keeps you going, and going, and going!" Having a sustainable motivation will allow you to overcome the ups and downs of building your own business without getting derailed from moving toward your main objective. Begin developing your sustainable motiva tion today by reading at least ten minutes a day. Read something uplifting and positive! Developing a sustainable motivation builds confidence and confidence is important for keeping you on track of building your network marketing business.
