We often think that money will solve all our problems or that those with money don't have any problems. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Money itself does not solve problems, it's the wise use of money that does. There is more than one home in my neighborhood being "dumped" by an owner who is just looking to get out from a mortgage they can no longer afford to pay. The interesting thing is that these homes are being sold for over $700,000! (That's a rock bottom price for anyone who wants to live just a few houses down from me!)

The point is that it's not how much money you have that will makes a difference but how wisely you budget. Everyone can start spending their money wisely starting right now, no matter how much or little you have. Then work from there to increase your wealth.
