Most people aim at nothing and hit it accurately. Many people who do plan, plan, and plan some more, never reach their goals. Others plan, take action, and seem to succeed without much struggle. Why do some people fail while others succeed?

Success is achieved by planning action and taking action. However, before defining goals and putting together an action plan, it is important to do a self-evaluation. This evaluation must extend deep in one's attitude.

Now I am not saying that having a good attitude will bring you success. What I am saying is that your attitude must be in line with the results you want to achieve. you must examine your inner self and know why you are striving for the goals you say you want to achieve.

Build your attitude positively from the inside out. Begin by building a sustainable motivating attitude. Plan your goals around your strengths and build on your personal confidence in all you do. Over time, you will find yourself achieving more.

TIP - Do not internally focus on the negative, focus on what you can achieve.
When one focuses on what can go wrong or what is going wrong, they tend to dig themselves deeper in a pool of negativity and non-accomplishment. Positive thinking and positive doing will nurture you toward success.

As you work toward improving your attitude, your confidence will build. Take time to learn more about your business, your company, your products and your services. Use this positive knowledge to add to the fuel of your positive attitude. Increase your confidence by increasing your knowledge (your competence) and your attitude will improve as well.

As you become more confident, you will find yourself less tempted to make negative assumptions. You will appear to your prospects to be an uplifting positive person. Thus, your recruiting and sales will improve.

WOW! What a thought provoking statement Jim has spoken. Think about your business. When was the last time you communicated with your downline? When is the last time your upline communicated with you? Think about it.

Now, think about the people who have come and gone in your business. Think about those who have stuck around. Chances are, those who have stuck around have done so because you have communicated with them and have stayed in contact either by email, telephone, or in person.

Many times we are so caught up in finding new business, whether new recruits or new retail customers, that we tend to forget to take care of those we already do business with. It is important to stay in contact with those you do business with.

One great way to stay in touch is to share ways of using what was purchased from you. As an example, with Leaders Club, you can stay in touch by helping your downline realize ways to maximize the use of the products and services
available through Leaders Club... it could be as simple as reminding your team to check out the audios online or to read this newsletter.

Keep in mind that Leaders Club educates and keeps in contact with your downline team, but, it is YOU who makes the difference. Your extra personal touch will make the greatest difference between whether your business continues to grow or whether your business has the worst retention rate in
the industry.

TIP - Contact your downline and upline a minimum of one time a month. Share one tip, idea, or strategy with them and let them know you are there should they need anything.

NOTE: Success requires a sustainable motivation. A sustainable motivation is like the Energizer battery... "it keeps you going, and going, and going!" Having a sustainable motivation will allow you to overcome the ups and downs of building your own business without getting derailed from moving toward your main objective. Begin developing your sustainable motivation today by reading at least ten minutes a day. Read something uplifting and positive! Developing a sustainable motivation builds character and ultimately trust.

Today I got an email from a customer. Great question
here:

exercise patience to determine which groups will convert to
sales.

before discarding a group?

>It seems to me that PPC advertising is very similar to stock

Murdo,

The answer to your question is in the cost of acquiring
each customer. It's not the # of clicks, it's how long
you tolerate a zero ROI on a campaign. If you've spent
2-3X your gross margin on clicks w/ no sale, then
you've got a serious problem. You either cut your
losses or make some kind of drastic improvement.

Yes, this is kind of like the stock market, but far
less risky. And every trade that works or doesn't
work teaches something you can definitely apply
to the next thing you do. It's skill based, not luck
based.

Simple system for trading PPC's: Find anyone who
needs traffic and will pay you for it, and you're
trading! SOunds simplistic, but it's really that
simple.

People are naturally attracted to those who are confident. It is important to build a strong confidence in yourself if you want to build a strong downline of duplicating leaders. Now, just because you have confidence does not assure success. Things will NOT magically build themselves. It will take time, effort, and a lot of patience to build your organization.

However, confidence will help fuel your efforts. Confidence will be your growing spirit within you developed as a result of a sustainable motivation and an awareness of the fact you are making little successes along your road to success. Confidence will allow you to take actions, the necessary actions to help you succeed.

Regardless of the business you are building, people will not follow you if you do not have confidence. Therefore, you MUST develop your confidence. Building your confidence requires that you gain positive experience in building your business. These positive experiences begin by stepping out of your comfort zone and taking daily little actions. You will find that as you reach for the little successes, you will build confidence.

TIP - Located in the Leaders Club members web site, there is a worksheet for tracking your daily actions. Use the worksheet and be sure to write down your successes for the day. The information you record on the daily worksheet can become an invaluable tool for fueling your confidence. Daily, take a few minutes to read through your small successes.

Certain words, when combined together, literally draw
the readers eyes to your ad...the words below are those
I have found to work every time.

You - Ultimate - Free - Master - Power - Discovery -
Easy - Guaranteed - Love - Money - New - Scientific -
Proven - Results - Incredible - Discover - Breakthrough
- Secret - Private - Cash - Shocked - Shocking -

Yes Sex...used only in certain situations where it can
apply though. For example, when I wrote the headline

last year. Just that one headline!

I thought it was a unique angle because all you heard
on the news for months was how people where making
big money with porno sites. You never heard about

Some example headlines using those words above:

To Double Your Profit's Every Month or You Keep The
System For Free!

"Master The Art of Building Web Pages In 30 Minutes

"Breakthrough Money-Making Secrets That Sex Sites

Revealed Inside!"

Power words, like those above, are already implanted
deeply in the minds of all your readers simply because
of what the words mean.

For example, when I see the word " Discovery ", it
evokes a response from within me and draws my
attention to the rest of the sentence because Discovery
'means' something to me and most other people.

The Discovery might give me a great advantage before
you and others find out if I read about it first. People love
to discover things and the word attracts them instantly
when they see it.

Just like the words 'Scientific Breakthrough' will
immediately draw the attention of most everyone. I can
not pass up a headline that has those two words in it. If
I see those two words I will always read the rest of your
headline. And if the rest of your headline is something I
am interested in, then you are well on your way to a new
customer.

If the Scientific Breakthrough had to do with a new kind
of Hair Growth Formula then I would move on with no
interest.

BUT...you at least got me to read the 'full' headline...and
you got a lot of other people to read it too!

If the Scientific Breakthrough had to do with making
money you would have had me hooked into reading more
and possibly all of your letter.

You got the attention of the maximum number of people
with the first two words, then, with the rest of the headline,
you weeded out those with no interest and hooked your
target prospects.

We love things to be revealed , we love secrets, hidden
things, proven things and shocking things...we always
have and always will.

I am once again up late and my mind is in overdrive... making things happen on the path of success. I got to thinking about you and the fun discussions we have had over the past months. I also got to thinking about our ups and downs as we were journeying on this path toward success.

Something happened... I've noticed you were no longer traveling beside me!

I looked back and you must be traveling on another path. Though we have made conversation by phone and email, I still often wonder how and when we will again travel the same path together.

I am committed to help you succeed and believe you have all you need to really make your dreams and goals become a reality. What caused the change in our journey to become two separate journeys? As I sit here, I think sometimes I want you to succeed more than you want yourself to succeed. Yet, I also think sometimes things become so challenging that the pain of the challenge forces us to go into hiding rather than take the actions we know
we should take.

As I write to you, I just glanced over to the plaque I have on my wall that says "Don't Quit!" ... the plaque has had special meaning to me and has hung on my wall where everytime I step out of my office, I see the plaque and the words, "Don't Quit!"

I want to share these words with you in a hope that you can pick up the pace and navigate back on track... so we can once again travel the journey of success together down the same path together. How to Write a Press Release that Gets Results

A press release is a good way to announce something big about a
business. Business owners may use a press release to tell about
how their company raised money for a local charity or about how
new technology they are using will impact the community. A press
release is a tool by which a business owner can advertise their
business without actually trying to sell to customers.

When writing a press release the business owner needs to keep in
mind that news editors are not looking for an advertisement of a
business. They want something news worthy that people will be
interested to read about. The information also needs to be
current. For example, if a business owner that sells computers
would like to do a press release he could write about a new
computer feature that is revolutionizing how people use
computers. This would be interesting and at the same time he
would be able to tie in his business because he sells this new
technology.

To put together a press release there are five points that need
to be considered. The press release is constructed in a fairly
consistent manner with each of the five points included. It is
very important that the business owner writes a press release
following the general guidelines. An editor will not rewrite the
piece, so having a printable copy sent the first time will
better ensure the press release will be printed.

1. Headline. The headline is the title. It should be eye
catching and draw the reader into the story. This is the one
shot where the business owner can grab attention and get someone
to read what he has written.

2. Subhead. This is a short introduction that expands upon the
headline. The subhead gives the business owner more of a chance
to draw in the readers attention.

3. Lead Paragraph. News is reported from end to beginning. The
business owner will use the lead paragraph to tell the major
facts of the story. This paragraph should include who, what,
when, where and how.

4. Remaining paragraphs. The rest of the press release is used
to explain in further detail about the story. The business owner
should keep it brief.

5. End. The end of the press release should include a little
information about the business owner and his business. This
should only be a few sentences long and just informative.

The press release is used to tell about something interesting,
not to sell. A press release that is written to sell something
will not be accepted by an editor. The newspaper business is
about providing information and it is important that when
writing a press release the business owner keeps that in mind.
